For my daughters sweet sixteen party she decided she wanted a pirate theme.

I thought ok not what I expected at all i always imageind she would want that pretty dress and fancy flowers.

Well we went to every pirate birthday party supply place we could think of we got plastic swords, eye patches, plastic gold coins, pirate flags, 3 pinatas, 1 ship, 1 pirate, 1 canon ball. We also got a jumping balloon in the shape of a pirate ship.

Who would have thought how much stuff was in a pirate theme?

We had buffet barbaque style food. She had two full sheet cakes 1 cake was the water with a shark fin comeing out.

The other cake was a pirate treasure map she had designed and the cake company did magnificintly. She named places on the map with things she had done that year in school such as activities like drama class mountain, ect.

When it comes to party games, she had water guns and water balloons hidden threw out the yard so they could do pirate battles.

The piniatas she filled with candy like chocolate coins, hard candys that had pirate flags on them ect.

This party started at 2:00 p.m. and did not finish till 8:00 a.m. the next morning. I could not believe 75 kids haveing more clean honest safe fun than that day. But what a mess to clean up lol.
