1st Birthday Party Games

At least one of your 1st birthday party games should bring back a few memories of that amazing first year, and this is a great choice!

Here is the the game that I called it A Year in Photos.

Before the party, choose 13 pictures of your baby – one from birth, one taken at one month old, one at two months old, and continue until you have a recent photo of your 12 month old.

After you have chosen photos, crop them so that all you can see is your baby's face and print or order several copies of each. You'll want a set for each of your party guests, or, for larger parties, a set for each team. Order an extra set to use as the "key" for the big reveal.

To play the game, give each guest or team a sheet of card stock and a roll of tape. Explain that you'll give them the set of 13 photos -- one each month from birth through birthday – and they just need to put them in order. It's not as easy as it sounds! Guests will have a great time trying to piece together the photo timeline of the birthday baby's life, and everyone will love the reminiscing together. What a great way to show how your little one has grown!

Individuals or teams that get the photos in the correct order, from 0-12 months, get to share the prize.
