Coolest Candy Tiered Birthday Cake

I started off by baking 2 6" white cakes and 2 8" chocolate cakes. Once cooled I leveled them off so they would be even and stacked them. I mixed pink buttercream and yellow buttercream icing and alternated them in my big icing bag. Using the bag and my big tip I iced the cake and then used a bowl scraper to smooth the icing and once it had harden enough I went back over it with a small rolling pin for added smoothness.

I put the 8" on a silver thicker cake board for more support, added dowel rods to the bottom and then put the 6" on top. Piped the border with tip 21 and then place gum balls all over the borders. I stuck the big lollipop on top along with the number 10 in fondant in front of the lollipop.

I then added her name in pink fondant to the bottom tier using buttercream icing. And I began placing hershey kisses, peppermints, dots, mms, lollipops, gummy bears and lifesavers and starbursts all over the cake.
