Coolest Owl In the Entire World Cake

This Owl entire world cake I made for my bestie's son's First Birthday. The entire theme of the party was owls. "Owl be so delighted if you join me"...."Look hoooo's turning one" :) We made this owl in cupcakes and had a great time doing so. I used my cutting board as a base for the cake intentionally.

I thought it looked great and gave that outdoorsy vibe. I used pretzels for his perch which added to the rustic look. The eyes are candy and the white fluffy part is coconut with chocolate chips. We used halves of Oreos for his wings. I'm so thrilled with the way he turned out. We even made owl babies with the remaining cupcakes. I love that the entire thing is cupcakes.

If you have ever served a cake at a party for little kids, you know how difficult it can be not to make a mess. That isn't an issue with this cake because it's cupcakes but it has the look of an actual sculpted cake. I am not a fan of those cupcakes where each one is a different wording, design, or color. This is a cohesive look with easy serving.
