Terri Lynn - 60's Party

My sister was born in 1961 and wanted to theme her birthday party recipes from the 6o's. My mother and I worked hard handmaking some decorations along with a mystery dinner.

If you aren't aware of what a mystery dinner is - It's where you choose items for the dinner and rename them to the theme of the party.

For instance, we used a salad as "grass". You need to have a number that allows them to choose atleast 4 or 5 times (3 at a time). So if you have 15 times, they would choose 3 things for each course and there would be 5 courses. They can't have the next course until everyone is done. You cannot share! Remember to include utensils, ice, drinks, salt, etc to make the birthday party recipes funnier.

You may get pudding with no utensil and have to eat with your fingers, you may get a cup of ice but not any drink. We played 60's music and dressed the part.

I'm including pictures. It was so much fun!!
