Invitations

When you need high school graduation party invitations for Camp Rock, one of these is sure to be what you're looking for!

  • The prestigious Camp Rock doesn't accept just anyone, so let graduates know they've made the cut with a special Camp Rock selection notice! Create Camp Rock letterhead and draft a note stating "Congratulations! You've been selected to attend Camp Rock! New high school graduates should report to (location) at (time) on (date). Don't be late!"
  • Create a special graduation mortarboard with a piece of black cardstock. Begin by printing a drawing of the grad hat and cutting it out. Use a silver marker to trace the shape on the cardstock, then cut it out of the cardstock and fill the details in with the marker, using the drawing as a guide. Use curling ribbon to make a graduation tassel in your school colors. Finally, add the wording "You are invited to PARTY at Camp Rock! Celebrate graduation on (date) at (time, location)"
  • Make prints or color copies of a Camp Rock movie promo poster. Use self stick paper (or clear packing tape over regular paper) and slap a note across the front at an angle to cover the stars' names: "Now starring the Class of (year) graduates of (school)! Show time (time) on (date) at (location). Don't miss this one-time event!"

Decorations

Crank up the party with some of these high school graduation party ideas! Start with a Rock Personalized Banner with "Congratulations, Grads!" printed on it. Hang it up predominately in the room.

Cover the walls with purple or white bulletin board paper and adorn with shiny silver stars, which you can make from aluminum foil. Use plenty of purple and white streamers looped across the ceiling, with bunches of purple, pink, and white balloons to set things off. If you'd rather match your school colors than the Camp Rock theme, it's easy to replace the purple, pink, and white with the colors of your choice.

Set up a stage in one portion of the room so graduates can take turns belting songs out like rock stars. Use sheets for curtains, or get creative with streamers by hanging lengths from the ceiling. Surround the stage with white or yellow balloon "lights".

For fun, set a Jumbo Echo Microphone on stage, but for some serious action, include a karaoke machine.

Graduates will have a blast playing air guitar on the Camp Rock 22" Guitar Pinata. Alternatively, you can hang it up and use it for decoration until it's time to break into it.

Don't expect these excited high school graduates and Camp Rock attendees to sit still for long! Instead of setting the table, arrange a buffet along one wall. Select from Camp Rock party ware, including cups, napkins, plates, a centerpiece, and table covers that match the theme as high schcool graduation party ideas. To show your school spirit, incorporate school colors instead.

Costumes

Lookking for creative high school graduation party ideas? Encourage those high school graduates and Camp Rock campers to rock the show with their very own guitars. Before the party, cut guitar shapes out of luan (a thin, pliable wood available from home improvement stores) or heavy cardboard. Paint both sides white and allow to dry before poking small holes in the form and threading guitar strings through.

Offer a selection of paints, glitter, and novelty items for them to decorate their guitars with, and then turn them loose. Once the guitars have had a chance to dry, have teens pose on stage with their creations to the applause and cheers of their fellow campers. Take great pictures of all of the action.

Food

Set up a buffet that graduates will stand in line for with these high school graduation party ideas!
