Kids Halloween Party Game

A 'terrifying twist' on an old favorite, this kids Halloween party game will make them scream with delight!
What you'll need: 1 sheet or tablecloth dyed black, orange or goblin green; construction paper, six sheets each of four different colors (make sure none are the same color as your sheet!); tape or glue; white paper; light cardboard (use old cereal or cracker boxes); colored markers; scissors.
First, make your terrifying twister board. Tape or glue four rows of construction paper to your sheet or tablecloth, one row of each color, five sheets of construction paper for each row.
On white paper, draw four simple, scary figures five times each. Cut them out and tape or glue them to the construction paper. Each color of construction paper gets its own scary figure. For example, you might glue a spooky ghost to each piece of yellow construction paper on your terrifying twister board, a wicked witch hat to each piece of red construction paper, etc. Bats, jack o' lanterns and the word 'Boo!' also make good scary figures.
Cut the remaining construction paper into quarters and glue them to light cardboard squares of the same size. Make flash cards out of these – four for each color and figure. For example: right hand ghost, left hand ghost, right foot ghost, left foot ghost.
It's time for some games of terrifying twister!
Ask the kids who wants to be caller. The chosen caller will shuffle the flashcards, pick cards from the top and call them. The kids who are playing will put the appropriate body part on an appropriate empty square as each card is called. Players are eliminated when they fall, or if they touch the twister board with a body part that's not their hands or feet. The last player on the board wins the game!
